New and nice experience. However, it takes time to develop trust and faith which comes over a period of time. A good, well mannered and very cooperative staff.
Recommended to introduce saving schemes/plans for having wider customer base.

We have visited DB Mall branch for purchasing ear rings. During our visit ,we faced trouble. Staff there has not attended us and also asked us to get up from Sofa to check as one of their nose pin seem misplaced. Negligent staff.
