The hotel is good and spacious. The service is best. Everything is nearly towards perfection here except the wifi at the last end of hotel. The food is ok.

I checked in 2 hours earlier, therefore was changed extra RS 280/ but no bill was given.
I faced non-availability of hot water in room 104. However, the management managed for me a bucket of hot water from elsewhere every day of my stay.

I stayed for 5 days and the bathing towel was changed once. On the 27th morning my phone call for morning tea at 5:30 pm went unanswered.

Rest was fine with big rooms. They even subscribed for world Cup football on my request.
Good housekeeping. Cleanliness was good.. Beds well laid. They were comfortable.
Mosquito repellent was present.
Overall good stay.

It's just within walking distance of 600 m from Bhopal railway station platform number 6.
I booked the room through a phone call, i personally liked the commitment of Deshant ji.
As per his promise, I could have a hustle free check in even at 5:45 am in the morning.
The tariff of the room is also affordable as per decent service.
I appreciate the staff.

As I travel a lot, i will just give quick feedback for making this property more decent:-
1) keep sleepers in the washroom, it will just cost rs. 70.

2) Strictly instruct the staff to always ring before trying to enter the room, guests will always appreciate this effort.

Rest is good.
