A good Hotel with a great view. The surroundings are clean. Hotel staff is welcoming. Room service is prompt and good. The rooms are of just the right size. You're surrounded by greenery on 3 sides and a beautiful view of the lake in front. Food served is not so bad.

Worst staff,service,Worst overall experience. I saw 2 big rats just above me running behind each other on the wooden planks on roof. We were 9 people, reached and seated at 3.10 pm
Order taken at 3.32 pm, you can check their system
Order came at 4.25 pm or so. We left hotel at 5 pm. Imagine 2 hrs for lunch!!
Soup came, no spoons, food came, no knife or forks.. what kind of service was this?? Never go there.. ever..

The view of the lake from the restaurant is very nice, surroundings are clean. Staff are good. The food tastes good, but there are not many options for vegetarians. The service is very slow, we waited for about 40 minutes for soup and starter are served when we finished the soup and then another 30 minutes for the rest of the food. The bathroom was clean but very smelly. Water was seeping on the table from the AC. Allover was not a good experience.
