I am writing this review to bring to your notice the complaint I have against Hotel Rajhans Regent ISBT Campus Bhopal M.P., regarding their non-refund of my booking amount for the banquet hall for my birthday party on 9th Aug 23. The booking was made on 14th March 23, and the cancellation was done on 19th March 23.

Despite several requests and follow-ups with the hotel management, they have not initiated any refund. On 27th March 23, we met with the owner of the hotel, and to our dismay, he misbehaved with me and my wife, making the situation even worse.

I am highly dissatisfied with the services provided by Raj Hans Hotel and the unprofessional behavior of the owner. As a consumer, I have the right to receive a refund for my canceled booking, and the hotel is obligated to provide me with the same.

I request all the other customers to think twice before booking the banquet hall from this hotel. I hope after this review I will receive my refund without any further delay. I also urge you to take strict action against the hotel management for their unprofessional behavior towards us.

I have attached all the necessary documents and proof of my booking for your reference. I would appreciate it if you could update me on the progress of my complaint and the action taken by your team.

I have booked for reception on 13 March for time slot 6:30 to 11 PM. at the time of booking clearly mentioned the booking manger to start serving food at 6:30. We arrived at 6:45 but nothing was ready they were arranging chairs and food was served at 8 pm. Few of our outstation guest returned without food because of timing issue.
Staff was behaving rudely when we complained. Some rendom person cames as owner and talked roughly asked us to pay bill and leave they don't care about hospitality of guest. Should not be given any star. I had very bad experience and will not recommend to anyone

Worst hotel, it not deserve a single star. The pillows quality is very low quality and it seems it didn’t changed for many years. Very small and compact room, and this is the situation of super deluxe room. In the morning there was power cut and hotel is not providing any kind of power backup, you can understand how this property deserve any star, but if you check on google it shows 3 star. Don’t go with such 3rd category hotel. It’s totally west of money.
