H&M as usual is great in products offered and service. Everything is systematically arranged and fitting rooms are spacoius and comforting. The only thing which causes worries is that being the only H&M store in Bhopal, here the stock gets exhausted very fast.

It’s my go to place for shopping since i like the quality & collection! But i was utterly disappointed with the management behaviour when i was enquiring regarding charging spot as my phone was dead and their lady manager literally jeered to their staff but indirectly made me listen to it that we don’t allow phones/charging on the floor. Like you could be polite why being sarcastic with customers for such a petty thing? Few staff members - i feel should be mindful of their tone rest others have always been good! :)
