We the 9 persons ( retired) officials from SBI took Hanuvantiya tour package from FabMytrip for the period from 10th January to 16th January, 2023.
Ms.Smriti Mishra coordinated our customized package. She is very cooperative and helpful. Very prompt in response. Very pleasant person to deal with.
Ms.Nitya is also very professional and friendly. She was sending every evening the next day's itinerary promptly. That helped us to smoothly cover the places of visit.
Mr.Ganesh Patidar the driver is very pleasant, soft spoken, sober , very helpful and obliging. Very balanced driving. No rash driving at all. The vehicle was very good.
About accommodation, MPT at Ujjain is very good. MPT at Omkareshwar is not well maintained and not upto the mark. The Royal residency at Maheshwar is not at all good. Amrit residency at Indore is very good.
Visit to Hanuvantiya was very disappointing. There is nothing to see except boating. Even the garden was not there to relax. One day got wasted. If accommodation at MPT Hanuvantiya was booked, it would have been worth spending a day.
On the whole, we enjoyed our hastle free trip.

Our suggestion:
It would have been better if someone from your office greeted at Indore Airport on arrival. And also, on the last day, we could have been invited to your office for exchanging pleasantries as we were in Indore for a day. These measures are in your own interest as they would build good will and personal touch.

My trip to ujjain with FabMy trip was indeed memorable visit to prominent jyotirling and hotel stay and pick.up.and drop from airport was very comfortable enjoyed my 4 days trip keep it up fav trip

The bads: In spite of booking almost 2 months ago, we had to face the following problems:

I had *specifically mentioned* that car condition should be good (due to prior bad experience with mmt), but the car that was given was in terrible shape. It broke down 2 times in 3 days. The car company owner was pretty rude. And felt like it would again break down almost everyday. Not the kind of thrill you'd want when traveling with family.

For stays, in Kanha, we were told that we would need to shift to another resort for the second night, because the bookings were full. To avoid this, make sure you take hard copy confirmation for stays.

The goods:
Hotel rooms and food were good.
They were quick to respond for any issue/help needed.
Jungle Safari arrangements were smooth.
