Nice point to take your chartered bus from bhopal.....a small traveller takes you to the main point from which your bus starts journey.....

Misbehaving drivers, reluctant managers, poor AC. Would stop the bus at the first stop and you travel in there ultra filthy tempo! Not giving water in the bus, stoppage at the worst in class "pappu da dhaba"
I know the review doesn't really matter to them given the traffic between bhopal and Indore but they are set to be doomed the day we have options and people look at reviews before booking.

It's really good but the level of services seems to be declining. It seems that the team charted is taking it as granted and not focusing on satisfaction of customers. Hope in due course of time again an improvised version can be seen to make it again 5 Star
