We were given clear explanation about the surgery for my brother’s leg surgery . All the risk we also clearly communicated. Although during the surgery we never faced those adverse conditions/risks , nonetheless those were explained to us before hand to keep transperancy.
One thing I would like to say that they do not perform unnecessary tests and the staff is very helpful.
Dr Sandeep Sharma Dr Shashank agrawal Dr kamlesh verma were really compassionate towards patients relatives and gave frequent visits.
The staff, doctors in ICU were up on their feet entire night to assist the patient.

The mediclaim process was also smooth as a whistle.

It's a good hospital.
Doctors have excellent command on their work.
Staff is well mannered, co-operative and well trained.
Super clean, they wipe the floor thrice a day.
You may find it Lil bit expensive. However, they have all facilities, good treatment & machines which justify the extra bucks we need to spend.

Heavily impressed with the hospital in all factors (staff, services, behaviour etc.) We went there for a surgery for my father and the staff was extremely courteous having very good behaviour. The rooms and amenities are up to the mark and the staff is well trained.
Dr. Sandeep Sharma is the finest Orthopaedic Surgeon of the city and we experienced the best under his leadership. The surgery went really smooth and the hospital was very helpful at every step including the insurance support as well.
Thanks a lot to the hospital staff and doctors for giving us a great experience.
