The railway station is also known as Thambaannoor railway station. KSRTC bus stand just opposite of the railway station. You will get prepaid auto at the first entrance with the reasonable price. Wheel chair accessible entrance available in Right side of entry point. You will get a wheel chair from the station master room on the first platform after submitting your original ID proof and it will get it back once you returned the wheel chair. Lift is available at the platform's right side end. Most of the mobile charging points are not working. The elevator is available on both sides of the platforms . One medical emergency point is available on the right side of the first platform. You will get primary medical support at free of cost by the PRS hospital team. Stalls are available in all platforms for drinks and beverages. CRPF team members also available all platforms for support.
