Tiger gym, Vellayambalam is amazing. Superb facility, top equipment and great environment. Good service with friendly staff and super clean and comfortable gym for everyone from beginners to professional athletes to train at.

I opted general training. But the trainers are always there to guide us. Mr. Arshid, a fantastic personal trainer is giving me support and tips whenever i needed. The best part is he always shows me new workouts each and every day, so even after a month, different workouts are given to each muscle sets and he always correct me whenever I make any mistakes.

Huge range of workout equipment are available at the gym. Loads of free weights going all the way up to the heavier weights for the serious body builders. All the packages are reasonably priced for what you get.

Such a family vibe.They know how to push you to the limit in the best way possible with your workouts.I highly recommend checking this gym out.

Extremely happy with my decision to choose this gym. Good service with a friendly, qualified team and clean environment. Provides great personal training. My trainer Sachin is excellent at his work and his easygoing, friendly personality created a comfortable relaxed environment to workout. His guidance on exercises and nutrition has helped me improve my overall fitness. Highly recommended.
