I went in for a coffee and no one came to take orders. When I was about to leave I found that you are supposed to order downstairs and wait upstairs. Most of the items in the menu was not available. The cappuccino tasted like dirt.

Seems like a dying store. There wasn't much rush even at peak hours probably because of the lack of parking space.

A well maintained store/ bakery by muffin house.
There is lot of collection of items.
Their snacks are tasty and one of the best in town.
Their cakes are tasty and at affordable rates.
It is at a great location opposite to KSEB vaidyuthi Bhavan, Pattom.
It has limited parking in front of the shop.
Staffs are friendly and offers great service.
Snacks and cakes are prepared fresh on a daily basis.

I ordered a cake from Muffin for my daughter's 1st birthday, and I was extremely disappointed with the quality of both the cake and the packaging. The cake itself was dry and tasted stale, with little to no flavor. The decorations were poorly executed and looked nothing like the picture I had provided when I placed the order.
The cake cost around RS 2000/- but they didn't give an attention of rupees 500 for it's packing, for them it's just an regular cake but for me it's a special day of my daughter and my family.

But what really upset me was the careless packaging. When I arrived to pick up the cake, it was clear that no effort had been made to secure it properly for transport. The cake was sliding around in its box, and the decorations had fallen off and were scattered throughout the box. It was clear that no care had been taken in packing the cake, and as a result, it looked like a mess when I got it home.

This was supposed to be a special cake for my daughter's first birthday, and instead, it was a complete disappointment. I would not recommend Muffin to anyone looking for a quality cake or attentive service
