The gym is very well equipped with all necessary machines and weights. Very clean place. They have good trainers available always. Timing 7am to 10 pm on all days but only 7-11am on Sundays. It has seperate changing and shower rooms and locker facility. The staf could be a bit ignorant towards you if you are not availing the personal trainer option which costs extra from what you pay for the gym membership but still they are very co operative and helpful compared to any other gym. Their annual membership would cost around Rs.12000 without offers, and when there are offers it would be around 10000. The membership includes 3 steam baths per week and 2 complimentary massages.

Everyone at the gym is very friendly and always helpful. They seem to genuinely care and help us reach our milestones of losing or gaining weight. They provide us with the most healthiest and perfect regime and ensure that we follow it. The gym, although has most appliances, it is incomplete. This will not be so for long.

Amazing gym. Really good trainers and staff as well, along with a very knowledgeable dietician. Pretty well maintained place, has always been clean and tidy whenever I've gone to work out. I saw results as well. Lost almost 10 kilos in 4 months.
