One of the worst Govt. Office in Trivandrum. Even when we go there at 10.30 you can see empty chairs.

Went today for a registration. There is much crowd,but there is not much facilities provided for them except a few chairs. Even though it was very hot, there was not a single fan provided in the waiting area.
While the office is sufficiently ventilated and with enough fans , the waiting area for general public ( it's a corridor actually) is very narrow, poorly ventilated and there is not enough chairs or benches.
I request the authorities to take necessary action to provide more comfort to the public including drinking water and toilet facilities ( which is not available now)
Reminding that each of the public is coming here after paying lakhs of rupees as registration and other charges.

Pathetic. They earn so much revenue from us, but service, infrastructure, and attitude are pathetic.
