If you need to waste your hard earned money and your valuable time avoid this place at any means!!!!

My experience with this travel agency was an absolute disaster. The staff was completely clueless about the travel industry and lacked even basic knowledge about visa processes. They were unable to offer any assistance or guidance, leaving me feeling frustrated and stranded.

Their customer service skills were non-existent, and I found their handling of my queries to be unprofessional and unhelpful. It was clear that they had no interest in providing quality service, and they showed little concern for my travel plans or overall satisfaction.

In short, I would strongly advise against using this travel agency. Go for a professional one.

they are very lackadaisical about their job, we went there for visa. their agency charges are above 2500 rs extra per person. they didn't tell us about all the documents necessary and as a result one person from the group had their visa rejected. the visa person just shrugged and said that he didnt know anyone or could do nothing to help us or tell us why and all this after the 4 of us paid a total of rs10,000, extra for their services. then all they said is sorry. try again.
we then on our own contacted the consulate on the phone. they told us that it was the fault of the travel agency as they didNOT submit all the necessary documents. then they asked us to try online ourselves. which was so simple. the embassy people said why did you not try online? its so much easier, not to mention CHEAPER and straightforward. and we did. and we got the visa in 3 days.
Riya travels gave us very poor service. they charged us cash, at least they could have helped us and reapplied without overcharging us and sorted the issue. they could have made the corrections online without any extra charges. BUT They did NOTHING. just washed their hands off. so we had to re-apply online by paying all over again.
we could have saved additional 10000 ten thousand rupees in total just for the visa if we had applied directly online.
when you go online, the embassy page tells all the criteria and ways to upload all the documents. just follow instructions and it will be ok. they even let us make amendments and corrections without any extra fees. each visa cost less than rs3000 but riya charged us rs5500 each. so thats extra2500 and didnt even help us to correct the rejected visa.
our visa got rejected only because of the ignorance and dont-care attitude of the visa agents. such poor service by him.
we went there because we used their services in the past for group travel and foreign exchange. we trusted them to do their job. disappointed.
