Great food, chic and rustic ambiance.

We went for a very late lunch, around 4 PM and were served hot, yummy food. Polite, good service. The price point was very fair for the food served and the ambiance. A must visit place to try authentic Kerala cuisine.

The food at pankayam was absolutely exceptional. Every bite of seafood was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and expertly prepared. Not only was the food outstanding, but the ambience of the restaurant was also truly delightful. The interior had a sophisticated yet relaxed coastal vibe, with tasteful nautical decor and a soothing color palette that created a pleasant dining atmosphere. The seating arrangements were well-spaced, allowing for a comfortable and intimate dining experience.

Very average !! Poor taste!! ????

First time tried in this restaurant during my trip,

First appearance it looked appealing and created imagination that it would be good restaurant,

The ambience felt so congested and crowded, there were random people sitting on our table, which made uncomfortable to eat in front of random people sitting and watching at the same table

Thought of creativity and implementing is appreciable, but at the same time the concentration to be kept on maintaining it as well.

The taste of the fish and prawns were bad, it wasn’t tasted as coastal area sea foods????

The one thing which caught my eyes was that the washroom sign ????

You can see that in images attached, that was made laugh on my face ???????????????? good creativity on that part.

So as a recommendation,

If you need tasty food, I don’t think this is the place,

But if you want to give a one time try, it is the place for that ????????
