Never trust the words from the sales representatives of this place. We bought a Haier refrigerator on April 2022 which was mirror finish. We moved abroad on December and our house was left closed for a few months. My mother when she went to clean the house saw that the mirror was scattered. You raised a ticket with Haier team after reaching out to your service team and they said that we had to pay for a new door and there is no way for this to be fixed.
If it was an issue with normal wear and tear, it would have made sense to pay for the part. However I believe that
1. This is a product quality issue and needs to be fixed from your side.
2. Even if I pay and get a new door, there is no guarantee that the new door will not break again.
So we wanted to escalate this matter and either get the door replaced or get an option to replace the refrigerator with a non mirror finish one.
We already paid 42K for this and not willing to pay another 12k to put a band aid on the problem

One star for Nandilath G Mart for selling these sub standard products and misinforming the customers about the quality as well as lies about the service standards of such brands. They mentioned that Haier was one of brands with least complaints and their customer service was one of the best. But the customer service team was hell bend on telling me that the glass will not shatter on its own and that we broke it. They wouldnt even come and look at the problem. Finally they registered a complaint and send a person who re-iterated what was told on the phone. Never buying another Haier product and never buying any products from this place

Utter waste customer service.
They don’t do what they commit or promise.
Two weeks so far, they have not arranged the demo for a delivered product.
We are unable to use the product so far.
Follow up done multiple times.
Please note that there is no response for the negative comments from the G- mart team.They do reply only for the good comments. That itself shows their customer service.

We have bought many appliances from here. Very good service. Mr Anil recently assisted us with the purchase of AC and he is always available to help in case of any queries.
