When I went there 4 months back to get a laptop, I was amazed by their customer service. But today, I couldn't be more disappointed. Their "great" service is simply a facade that hides their incompetency.

I bought a Laptop which they told me would have atleast 4 Hrs battery life after a full-charge, while in reality (as said by the Authorised service centre, it only has 2.30 hrs).

I wasnt told I needed to long press to switch on the laptop and I spend the last 4 months thinking there was something wrong with the switch, because it wouldnt switch on with a single press.

They hadnt changed the mode of my system, which made the system overheat multiple times and crash (In 4 Months of buying it)!

I wasnt informed of the risks of this particular series (as per the details provided by the Service Centre).
