I have been going to the gym since 6-7 months. The results are really great. My trainer Sooraj chettan is really good and helpful. The gym is really good and has nice trainers and environment is clean as well.

It's a good gym for an intensive workout. The coaches are caring, patient and friendly. Mr Jijo, Mr.Shiva are expert coaches one can always look forward to.They see to it that we are properly trained. I love the place and the ambience ,would definitely recommend this gym for all.
