Pathetic customer service at this show room in MOT, they display offer price and when we go to bill they say no offer exist and when I check the floor person and the cashier say it’s the customer who replace the items not them and when I called the floor manager (a disgusting guy) educating me that Max is a international brand so they cannot check the code of every item which dosent have offer, surprisingly same time I saw another lady raising the same issue and the staff and the so called floor manger standing blunt !!!!!

So bad experience 20 April 2023 , security hurt lots , I never gonna purchase any more this shop, teach security staf to behave properly. Take action against him

Note that this Max store is a franchise and not a direct store of Max. You will not get all the benefits that Max advertises or mentioned in their website. I have 2000 Rs gift vouchers that this store refused to accept and the billing staff was very rude. I won't recommended this store. Please go to Max owned store rather than a franchise.
