Stayed 5 nights. The hotel facilities are good. The bathroom wall was glass one with curtain. All basic items provided. Iron box was available on request. Breakfast was also very good. Please note that Wifi Speed was too slow.

Stayed with my wife for 2 days.
Booked through their silver membership which is available freely on registration at Lemontrees website. Got 20% discount and free buffet breakfast included. Booking was hassle free.
This property was recently taken over by Lemontree management, so faced few hassles at the reception due to non updation and ongoing linking process with the new management.
The room was good, but not upto the mark for a 4 Star hotel. The food was average.
The reception staff were completely clueless about many process and looked clueless. I think the management should provide adequate training at hospitality for the staffs. They were personally good but little clueless about the work protocols.
For the price it’s worth. If few improvements are made it wud shine out.

I spent two days here in December 2022, but unfortunately, my stay was far from satisfactory. Although I chose this hotel based on the Lemon Tree brand, I was disappointed to find that many areas of the hotel were unclean and unsatisfactory, except for the main lobby. In my room, I noticed that the sheets appeared dirty and unchanged. Despite raising this concern with the staff, I had to resort to shouting at them in the lobby before they agreed to change the sheets. Even then, the manager informed me that they were short-staffed and that I should bear with them. However, I found this unacceptable, as it is not standard practice to provide subpar service to customers. Moreover, the hotel does not provide shaving kits, brushes, or combs by default, and guests have to request them. I am uncertain why the staff behaved in such a manner, possibly to cut costs. In my opinion, the only redeeming factor for this hotel is its location near the temple. Overall, I feel that the hotel is a complete waste of money.
