Golds Gym trivandrum has a very good ambience but does not meet the international standards of the brand. First of all I would like to point out the behaviour of the main staffs of Golds Gym trivandrum...the senior manager called Anoop Krishnan and Assistant manager Mr Vishnu was very rude over the phone to me when I called them for an enquiry. As a lady they even disrespected me. The trainers there are mostly womenizers. Golds Gym trivandrum is not a good place for ladies and not good for people who really wanted to utilise the gym. They put so many useless reels just to show off... nothing happens there in actual.. No value for money!!! Worthless place!!! Under rated!!!

Priority is only for those who take PT and that too ridiculously expensive. Also a friend of mine gave an advance amount for 1 yr membership but he didn't go for even 1 day because of personal reasons. And when trying to reason with the useless person on the counter for refund, gave us some lame excuses. Firstly keep up the standard and then talk.

The gym has fantastic infrastructure and Machines. I do appreciate Mr.Winston. It is too bad experience with a Trainer who couldn't use professional language to interact with a customer. Itsnt just enough to build the muscle but also is so significant to build the soft skills that help how do we wisely deliver the words.
