I had chosen this clinic after seeing lot of 5-star ratings on Google Map. But after visiting, I understood that the clinic staff are more concerned about getting a 5-star rating than anything else.

On my first visit there, while leaving after consultation, the reception staff asked me to stop for few minutes and give 5 star rating on Google Map. We had our car waiting below, so I told her that I will give the rating later, but she was not listening and took my phone and gave 5-star rating. So now I am changing it to 1 star.

On my second visit, from the moment I entered the clinic till I left, I was asked by various staff 4-5 times to give rating on Google Map. It is as if they are running the clinic for getting rating. And I saw the reception staff taking phone from many people and posting rating herself.

After that I stopped visiting there. So don't believe the rating you see for this clinic. Most of these ratings are by the clinic staff themselves.

I am absolutely speechless with the way the staff and the doctor treated me they were brilliant. A very genuine place to treat your diabetes. I am feeling the changes already. Thank you to the Doctor & Staff.

One of the WORST MONEY LOOTING CLINIC in Trivandrum.

I went to see for my father’s consultation after carrying out required test from DEVI testing clinic the previous day.

1. First of all they said that test done in DEVI is not applicable in their clinic, but in hospitals like SK Hospital, KIMS hospital, test done in DEVI are warmly accepted.
2. They said that my father is not taking proper medicine. W*F? I was coming to their clinic for the first time and my father is taking medicine regularly for the past 5 years. How come a RECEPTIONIST tell that my father is not taking medicine properly by seeing his test results, she is not EVEN A DOCTOR!
3. After arguing for 04/05 mins, they said THAT now the test results can be shown (its now ok). How come a test done from DEVI clinic which were not applicable becomes APPLICABLE IN 02 mins?
4. Lastly, they told me REPEAT the same test which was done one day prior.

The clinic just thinks of MAKING money by fooling the patients. I dnt knw abt the doctors there since I haven’t shown my dad.

This is very unprofessional and intolerable. So please refrain from going to this clinic.
