Credence Hospital - Multispecialty Family Hospital and IVF Center

My wife gave birth a baby at this hospital. Dr Bindu was the doctor. She is a good doctor and also very supportive. Facilities of the hospital is just okey. The problem is that I think there may be a security officer is working, a fool and mad security officer. Every person who went there should made a tug of war with security persons of the hospital. Since 2022 May I have been faced so many issues from this hospital security persons while I went there for consultation or treatment for my baby or wife. This complaint is not only mine but also my colleagues friends also told so. I had been queued for two days for see my baby after her birth. This issue was faced by my old aged mother, she was waited for three hours for see my daughter. They always following some strict nonsense rules like Taliban. They don’t know how to behave to patients or bystanders. I don’t know why they troubling their customers and patients after receiving huge money ( as compared to nearby multi speciality hospitals including Kims) from patients. We people are okey to pay that much cash, but the hospital authorities can give a respect and better treat for patients and bystanders. I have registered these issues on their complaint book on 24.05.2022. Nothing happened. I am experienced Very bad service from some staffs of front office also. Doctors, staff nurses and Para medical staffs are good and well behaved.

I recently had a delivery and my gynecologist, Dr. Bindhu was absolutely fantastic. She was knowledgeable, compassionate, and reassuring throughout the entire process. From our first consultation to the delivery, she made me feel comfortable and informed every step of the way.

During the delivery, she was calm, professional and supportive, which helped me to feel at ease and confident. She made sure that both me and my baby were doing well and that we had everything we needed. Her experience and expertise were evident in the way she handled the delivery with ease and grace.

I would highly recommend Dr. Bindhu to anyone looking for a gynecologist. She is an excellent doctor who truly cares about her patients and goes above and beyond to ensure their well-being. I am so grateful for her help during my delivery and will always be thankful to her for making the experience as smooth and comfortable as possible.

This review will help those who have lost hope or frustrated at not having a child for so long and feel that you have tried everything.

Me and my wife are married for 9 Years and we were not having children. My wife was having PCOD issues as well. We have tried 9 IUIs, but failed. Did Laparoscopic Surgery to find out what is the issue, yet didn’t succeed. All this we have done in a different hospital.

Finally, after the recommendation from a Govt. Doctor, we have come to CREDENCE HOSPITAL in 2019. There we have met God and Angels in Human Form and we have TWIN Daughters of our own as on 6-May-2023. I consider it as a Miracle and I owe it completely to the incredible Medical Team of Credence Hospital under the leadership of SHANTHAMMA Ma’am and BIMAL JOHN Doctor.

As per my Experience, a patient needs 2 things which will help you in the long journey to have a child.
1) FAITH
2) PATIENCE
You should have FAITH in God and the Team of Doctors at the Hospital and You should PATIENTLY wait for the results. Result is guaranteed, sooner or later, but you need to patiently wait. This is the success mantra of ours.

My Heartfelt Gratitude to Ms. SHANTHAMMA Doctor for starting Credence Hospital at her younger age. It’s only because of you that we have a Credence now. Thank You so much Ma’am.

There is one person in Credence who is everything to us, that is Mr. BIMAL JOHN Doctor. We have done our IVF Treatment under him. He is one of the most patient and humble doctors that I have ever seen in my life. He has been the pillar of support and hope for me and my wife during this 4 year long journey. He has every good quality that a Doctor needs. He patiently listens to you, gives us confidence during tough times, he explains things clearly to you and he is too good at what he does. He is truly a gifted doctor. I feel truly connected to him like my friend or my brother. We owe it completely to you. Our heartfelt Gratitude to BIMAL DOCTOR.

Then we have our 2 favourite sisters; SOUMYA Sister and SHEEJA Sister. They take care of you like your own sisters. They are always there for support. They always put the patients ahead of them at all times. They show empathy to patients. They listen to us and supports us during the tough times. They are just a phone call away. In short, they are always there for you. This gives a lot of confidence to us. Thank You so much SOUMYA Sister and SHEEJA Sister.

Then we have Ms. SUNITHA Doctor who is the right hand to SHANTHAMMA Doctor and is the woman in execution. She takes care of all the surgeries and complicated cases. She is tough at her decisions and yet soft to the patients. She gives a lot of confidence to the patient. Every morning she comes for rounds and make sure that her patient is doing physically and emotionally well. She is also too good at what she does. Thank You so much SUNITHA Doctor.

In short, I am totally in Love with Credence Hospital. All The Doctors, The Reception Team, The Sisters at the OP Ward, The Pharmacy Team, The Housekeeping Ladies, The Securities, The Canteen People everyone is so polite and good to you. They will make you feel that you matter to them the most. They will go the extra way to get things done for you.
A Special Appreciation to the GM of the Hospital. I have never got introduced to him; but I feel that he has a hand in the excellence that we can see at the Hospital.

Overall, I had an Incredible Experience at Credence Hospital. I recommend all who are in the pursuit of having Children to consider Credence Hospital. The care that the TEAM gives is unparalleled. You will not regret your decision.
