Ambience is good. They have good parking facility. Place is overall clean.

The menus are placed at the entry counter where you have to place orders upfront and pay for it. They will serve once food is ready

Wait time was slightly on the higher side despite not being crowded

They give you options to buy items like mug etc made of recycled products. They are beautiful and costly

Only disappointment was that there was a power failure when we were in and even after 5-10 minutes they didn't provide an alternate supply, which is embarrassing!

Good range of Beverages as expected. Ambience is good but at times there are too many flies in the place. If the staff were to look at some sort of solution for this, it would be a nice place to hangout.

This is the second time I'm having bad experience from this outlet. 2 months back when i visited with my friends, there were enough houseflies inside to ruin the experience. Also we found the table to be dirty and we requested the staff to clean the table. The staff then did an excellent job of cleaning by using just one tissue paper to wipe off food remainings on the table to the floor, thats it. We then had to call him again and asked "what kind of cleaning was that?" to get our table properly cleaned.

This time, it was even worse. I don't know if its CCD policy or the staff attitude is the worst! We ordered few drinks and that time one among us went to move our car for another customer vehicle to leave due to limited parking there. When he returned, he decided to order a SINGLE GRILLED SAUSAGE CROISSANT. So i went to counter to order the item, the staff was very happy to say it is an addon and it is provided only along with the order of a drink. So i told him, yes we already have ordered drinks and i pointed at my table and showed the drinks on our table. But he states, since we previously ordered drinks on another bill and that bill is closed, i need to order new drink on a new bill to provide the addon croissant.

So i cannot order a food item, just because u closed a bill?

So i felt so bad, to just get that item, i had to order another drink, so i ordered an espresso shot, and a croissant. And we never touched the espresso as a protest, and left. This is our last visit to CCD until u improve ur staff attitude and such stupid policies.

Now i know why CCD owner did suicide. Worst employees and stupid policy will ruin the business and create loss which leads the poor owners to end up in deep debts and go bankrupt and end their life!
