Aprl10th 6.05 Air India flight from Tvm delayed to 8.30 .very upset about the delay . But three young men more than made up with their courteous and caring ways
Mayukh and Sijin Philip with their courteous responses to the delay calmed the frayed nerves of edgy passengers.Raj Kumar extended his services beyond the call of duty to fetch tea and snacks for the senior citizens.

Air India sats does ground handling for Thiruvananthapuram airport. They provide exposure to new comers in every aspect of ground handling matters. Selection based on test(basic English knowledge), group discussion and interview performance. After selection there will be training and air India sats will place you on different pools(Qatar, scoot, Emirates, Air India etc).
