I didnt seen this much bad customer service. I purchased one chappal with 400rs. The next day it got damaged. Its 50% offer deal. Orginal price 800.

Next day i went and spoke with that service center people they argue that i walk with that chappal so roughy.

My experience is wroste. Single use it got damaged.

Not recommented this shope for a quality purchase

Cant compare with foodpath chappal. Cheep quality.

They are not sales people. I didnt seen such sales team in my life.

I visited the shop yesterday. Its felt like the products are good with well quality. So be a consumer of this one.

Very greedy staff & they being backed by the owner. I happened to park my car infront of this shop for harldy 10 min for purchasing from the sevana medical store opp. While I returned, the staff questioned me for parking infront of their shop and said that the space is reserved for their customers only. His employer by the name Ismail has asked him not to allow anyone else to park there. Having a shop rented on the roadside doesn't give the authority to have a reserved car parking in the road side.
