This was my first visit to Underwater Aquarium and I am thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Highly recommend if you visit with kids. Huge variety of fishes are maintained. It's a good place to visit. Kids will surely enjoy. They have a large variety of fresh water fishes.
You can see around, take photos and spend some good time. You can complete the entire visit by 1.5 to 2 hours. they charge 200 per person and 150 for children which is bit costly

Mysore's First Underwater Tunnel Aquarium at Lokaranjan Aqua World near Mysore Zoo in Mysore.
This was my first visit to Underwater Aquarium and I am impressed. It is gathering big public support.It is destined to become most popular tourist destination in Mysore. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience. It's really not that easy to setup and maintain such big aquarium zoo. Highly recommend if you visit with kids. Huge variety of fishes are maintained in tidy tanks.Walking on pavement surrounded by variety of fishes would definitely be a pleasant experience to all age groups.It's a good place to visit. Kids will surely enjoy. They have a large variety of fresh water fishes than marine.
Rest rooms are maintained clean.
There are good choices for eateries.

The underground seems to be a little stuffy. Good air-conditioning should solve the issue.

The staffs are all frendly and share info when asked about.

Rest rooms are maintained clean.

There are good choices for eateries.

No time restrictions. You can see around, take photos and spend some good time. You can complete the entire visit by 1.5 hours.

The tickets I felt a little pricier. Adults: 199/- and children : 149/-

It's next to the zoo.
