This iconic restaurant had been running since 1943. It serves south Indian cuisine only. The menu has only around 12 dishes. The food is very good. The best part of this restaurant are the staff, who serve with a lot of affection! You will find this restaurant crowded most of the time. It's better to reserve seat online by calling. Also, you might have to share table with strangers. The dive is very quick and you will be able to finish your lunch on less than 30 mins. A must visit restaurant in Bangalore because of its vintage experience!

Iconic eatery that gets unimaginably crowded on weekends and holidays. You can book ahead by calling them up in advance. This token has to be printed out once you reach there. It still took us 35 minutes of wait to enter. But once inside you get hot fresh and crunchy dosas in no time. Service is excellent. Even the person managing the crowd outside was patiently answering every question without ever losing his cool. That was impressive indeed - humanly impossible, I felt.

Good food. But they can teach the server not to put their fingers inside the water glass when they serve it. May be I expected too much .. but still better than many regular restaurants (food alone). You can't take the customers for granted just because you are famous. Seen that in many such kind of hotels. Good for one visit
