Went in with an intention to make a purchase , I felt I was not welcome in the store. Hope there is some quality control on the way the professionalism of the staff .
The two stars are for the collection of watches , considering they even have Bell and Ross

Great collection of watches at the Orion mall outlet. I purchased a Titoni Airmaster watch with baguette markers on October 08, 2022. Here are my two observations:

1. Parameshwar M who helped me with my purchase is a thorough gentlemen. He is extremely knowledgeable about watches and movements and gives constructive opinion and feedback. He was thoroughly patient with me even through it was around closing time and helped me make an informed decision with my watch purchase. Would highly recommend asking for him when you visit the store. Pranav Saboo if you are reading this, please give this man a promotion. He deserves it!

2. On the other hand, Mr. Abdul Moqadum, then other executive is extremely rude. Even when Paramesh was helping me with my purchase, he was getting extremely restless and was quite interruptive. Terrible presence in the store as he does not make the customer feel welcome at all. Don’t expect this when you are making a purchase of almost 1 lac rupees!

Absolutely pathetic attitude by store representatives. Why on earth have you employed them to sell expensive watches. It's not only an insult to the potential customers but also to the time pieces on display.
