Pizza's are bland in taste. Service is not upto mark. And Cleanliness is zero. Ketchup/Oregano bottles are always dirty/oily. Tables are not cleaned.

Good things -
✅ conveniently located
✅ value for money in an already expensive place like Ambience mall

Not so good things

❌ Pizzas are not as good rest of the pizza hut. We ordered a meal for 2 and the cheese in garlic bread and pizza were less than usual. The double paneer pizza ???? had half the regular amount of paneer which other pizza huts offer. Even the drinks we took - Pepsi and lemonade were not full glass. Clearly reducing the quantity is one way they see to make business viable here, which is sad to see for a Pizza Hut fan like me ????

❌ lack of staff ????????leading to delay in orders, cleaning of the place, long lead times for any requests etc

Overall - I don’t recommend going here because this is not as good a pizza hut as others are ????

We have always loved the freshness of Pizza Hut pizzas and the comfortable sitting spaces. This outlet also gave us a supreme experience - we went for veggie Supreme and Masala Miranda and it made for a great flavourful lunch, just as we expected out of a Pizza Hut franchise. This store has good sitting options and we found space even on weekend when it was fairly crowded. Only improvement area can be order can be taken more quickly than usual. Great and much recommended place.
