The service here is not at all good. The food was very average. The service was super slow. We had to call for the waiter at least 4-5 times to place our order.

I had rawa masala dosa. The dosa had a strong smell of oil which wasn't pleasant at all.

I also had makai ki roti and saag. It was very average. The roti was hard.

The dry chilly paneer is not at all good. There were hardly any paneer pieces in it. The taste was also nothing great.

Edit: I recently visited again and the service is still the same.

The food has however improved. The rawa masala dosa this time was quite delicious.

I also tried their veg momos which had a paneer filling and were delicious.

The chole bhature were average and I wouldn’t recommend it.

The papdi chaat was super delicious.

They also have a thali which was again average.

One of the famous heard shops in gurugram. Came to take special dodha burfi of the shop. Very crowded shop but worth the cost.

I regularly visit their outlet at Sector 4 mostly for take away. The staff sitting at the cash counter, though old, do not generally know if a particular sweet is available or not. They simply receive the cash and give receipts. Upon going to collect the sweets, the staff at the sweets counter will inform that it is not available. Then one has to take refund. This entire process takes around 10 minutes minimum. The other problem is if one has to buy 2-3 sweets at a time, the staff at the delivery counter will accept only one receipt for only the counter that is assigned to him. He will suggest to give the remaining receipts to other staff, whether available on that counter or not. They will simply stand idle and refuse to go the other counters though 4 to 5 feets away. Apparently, the problem is with the management, which is not able to supervise properly. The staff needs to be changed or guided. Otherwise, the quality of sweets is no doubt good.
