Good place, everyone should try ice cream of the month - it keeps on changing but it tastes like heaven. Never ???? try bubble gum ice cream ( just not from here) ????????.

Amazing ambience and delicious food. Nirula’s has changed themself by introducing exciting/ vibrant menu and new ode variety of food options

This was our first time at this ice cream store and our experience wasn't really good.

1) The chocolate ice-cream was okish.
2) The Tender coconut ice-cream was a disaster on two accounts. Firstly the icecream want prepared well- very icy. The tender coconut ice-cream is supposed to be creamy with minute pieces of tender coconut . However, this was like 'ice gola' ( filled with crunchy ice pieces). Also, there were tiny yellow particles not sure if tender coconut is supposed to have yellow elements.

Secondly, there was a tiny sharp plastic broken piece in the ice-cream scoop that i got. This wasn't acceptable.

The service was good, they apologized for it however it isn't their fault of a plastic piece is there in the ice cream. Please improve QA/QC.
