Good food but seriously disorganised staff.
Staff members shouting on each other and not able to handle even basic orders on time.
A royal and complete mess, if you ask me.

Anyways, the food was good and the seating area was comfortable enough for a quick meal.

The place is happening with more crowd coming in. In regards to food it is the same as you can expect from any other McD, good. Ambience is great but the problem is with the staffs, who face difficulty in managing the crowd. Would be good if they can plan and perform their activities to prevent any issues with customer service. Good that they have a drive through where you can pick food fro your car.

Worst service amongst all McDonald's outlets. McDonald's always used to take on a new customer once the previous one was served. Here orders are being taken from various customers and they are asked to wait. Order numbers thereafter being called out as if we are on a railway platform. Partial orders served and several reminders needed to fulfill the complete order. Sad.

Old furniture and ambience. Needs urgent renovation. Food quality is ok but portion sizes have gone down and prices are up. Won't like to come again to this outlet at least.
