This is a worst kind of experience in a hotel stay. It was not better than any roadside hotel.
1. The emergency alarm started after midnight on 26th May, and no staff is bothered about it. Nobody new how to operate it. The alarm rang 4 times and finally they could stop that after 1:30 am.
2. The checkout took 20 min and there was no food bill available with reception. They couldn’t print a duplicate bill either. Requested the staff on duty (Rahul) to scan and send the bill and he gave me the out of service mobile no to contact him. After that when following up on landline there is no response from hotel.
3. They don’t provide take away breakfast for customers (not guests- because it never felt like that in 3 night stay) who checks out at 6 am. Surprising…..
Where can I complain about this hotel. There must be some governing body. I would like to take these issues with them.

Room condition can be improved way more. There was dust on bed corners, slippers were not available & very less variety in breakfast buffet. This review is in comparison with good 4 Star hotels of the same city.

Stayed at Lemon Tree Premier, Leisure Valley, Gurugram. Pleasant experience. Well kept rooms and very cordial helpful staff. The food was awesome. Breakfast n dinner buffet had a variety of sumptuous dishes on offer. Chef Gaurav was always ready to help you out with a smile. Thk u Lemon Tree. Memorable stay
