Apparently ordered 8 piece bucket, supposedly to have leg pieces but did not have, which was over fried to a point that the flesh also got fried and became rock hard solid. This I have seen kfc that they tend to reheat the old ones, but that shouldn’t be the case.. held sector 14 owners previously as well but couldn’t let it go so easily this time..

Worst counter staff scaling our guests. His attitude to the guest is not service man. The manager also the same. Many guests are confusing new order system but the staffs never support nicely. So atmosphere of KFC counter feels very bad compared with another shops.
No napkin service so we cannot clean our hands. Very bad service.
