MLS is doing such brisk business that unless you are ordering a fair amount of jaguar fixtures, don't bother getting any customer service from them. I ordered a couple of bathroom fixtures and paid for them upfront. They were to be delivered from MLS' warehouse the next day but of course that didn't happen. I called, but still nothing. I eventually had to revisit their store and then drive to their warehouse and pick up my goods personnel. Not a good experience.

Horrible customer service, they're not even interested in attending small queries upfront and I dont understand why the closing time is so early in the evening when all other similar shops in the area are open.

Very customer unfriendly.
Very rigid.
Service poor.
After placing order they direct to collect the product from their warehouse.
Overall a bad experience.
Big store small service.
