We stayed for 2 nights in the hotel and it was a pleasant experience. The staff is courteous. Quick to respond to your request. The room was well maintained so is their washroom. Food was a delight. Credit goes to their chef and the restaurant staff for being on their toes providing exceptional service. The sight and scenery was amazing. I would recommend the resort to all for a visit with your friends or family. My overall stay was good and i would not have expected any better.I hope that me and my family will visit you again soon.

Heritage Village Resort is very good
This place will give you a perfect royal vibe from entrance to everything. The ambience, the rooms the common area, the restaurant everything deserves 5 star. The best part is the live folk music beside the pool area which will make your mood.

The whole staff was very caring and helpful. Food was good to taste. I personally liked the evening hi tea event with live songs. Rooms and bed was comfortable.
Will stay again whenever the opportunity comes.

So many activities for kids which they can even do without parents while the friendly staff looks over. A must go place.

✅ Room service is amazing. I mean they are on your door within the next 1 min just after you call
✅ Lot of food variety in breakfast , lunch and dinner
✅ Indoor games like Billiards, Carom, Table Tennis, Chess are also there
✅ Gym, Spa, Swimming Pool, Parking is also there

We stay here every year because it is convenient to family.
Some of the floors haven't been renovated yet, so appear a bit worn. But the rooms are spacious and comfortable and the renovated rooms are contemporary and attractive.
Breakfast buffet is a favorite with extensive western and Indian offerings.
The concierge lounge is open evenings only and will do if you want a light meal. Service is usually attentive throughout the property.
If you are lucky, you might get glimpses of a wedding taking place on the premises. Indian weddings are always something to behold
