Worst experience ever, the ACs does just doesn't work , this hotel has no solution and it is one of the worst hospitalities i have ever been to ....DO NOT BOOK AND DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE Everything, my booking says i can check in 3 hours earlier with subject to availability and the moment I try to check-in three hours earlier receptionist said that there is no availability and you will only be able to check at 2 PM and when I crosscheck the hotel rooms were very much available even after many guest checked out, the rooms were not provided.This is the worst experience I've ever had Icing on the cake is even ACs are not working and they have no solution to it. Power has been consistently fluctuating and they said DGs doesn't have power to keep the chiller operating so the entire building is suffering. Both Golden Tulip suites Gurgaon 100% responsible for this entire issue and customer must be rewarded with hundred percent refund .

The service and staff behaviour is horrible here, please do not opt for it if you are a corporate/ working individual. we had a long corporate stay and they started acting randomly and rudely from the 6th day. I haven’t faced such things in the best of five star properties in India.
1. They put an additional charge for laundry and later corrected it when we retaliated and tallied it.
2. Since we are working individuals we generally call the room service people at around 4-5, however we faced rude staff behaviour and we are forced to accommodate our work according to their timings ( 12-5).
3. They started charging 177+ taxes for cutlery that is to get a normal plate at the room from the 6th day of our stay. And said it has been an amend suddenly. On reporting to the reception the staff then sent across cutlery normally like earlier.
So it feels like the staff internally is trying to extort people for their additional benefits.
Hotel Management Team : Kindly look into it at the earliest.

Worst hotel that I have stayed at. Would have given 0 stars if that was an option. The staff always making up their own rules when it pleases them. Food is horrible and they will create a scene if you try to order your own food from outside. Ridiculous. Please save yourself from ever staying here. It’s listed as a 4 star but the service is not even worthy of 1 star.
