I ordered today from burger king and the service was pathetic
I received stale food, some items were missing and coke was spilled all over
When I called zomato and the restaurant, they did not help, I received my order in 2 hours that had very bad bad taste, I fall ill after eating. Please see the attached images
It has the worst serviceeee
I spend 760 and my money was completely wasted

Worst experience. Manager (gaurav) was rude. Worst customer service. The girl was sweet and generous in serving the food. Informed manager about ac which was not working . But the manager mr. Gaurav was rudely tell me that he is not responsible about ac issue... If you goes in that particular burger King, you will have to eat while getting sweaty. Don't ever go in Inox burger King.

Ordered online through Zomato during dinner time as we were craving for some delicious and tasty burgers. Has we known earlier or foreseen that our experience was going to be so terrible wouldn't have thought of trying and ordering from Burger King.
Ordered for crispy veg burger with medium fries and chicken makhani burst burger with chicken fries.
The food delivered was quick but the food was stale and cold. The burgers and fries were so cold and tasteless.
Dirty taste, not fresh at all. Wouldn't ever order or try from Burger King again.
