This really international hub, with three terminal, thousands of flights arriving and departing every day, large queues but fast control procedures, free WiFi, fair exchange offices, easily accessed by metro where one can drop off his luggage if flying with Air India or Vistara. It provides the amenities of equally international airports, though it lacks in the shopping variety. Prices, of course, are higher than in city. Lockers can be found in the metro station. Last but not least, the controlling system is that tight that one cannot get out if has entered the airport.....

The most worthless airport if you use it as a transfer (with AirIndia). Customs is a big joke, mega amateurish and really takes unnecessarily long. Of the equipment, only 1 scanner works (mega slow). Staff also do pretty little to make your transfer. Next time I won't fly via New Delhi.
