I consulted Dr Pritam Agarwal for pain in my knees. After checkup, x--rays etc he advised me Bilateral-TKR. He was quite receptive, soft and gave the details about the Robotic process.
I decided to go for the procedure on 18th Apr'23.

My experience at the hospital while undergoing the procedure with various departments of the hospital was very pleasant and great.
Team led by Dr Pritam took excellent care and provided support at every point.
The Deluxe Ward Team has been a source of encouragement apart for providing great care. All of them were pleasantly at-service 24/7.
Dr Pritam's availability on call and easy-approachable persona helped in reducing my anxiety quotient.

I am at loss of words to express my gratitude.
Kudos to SNH TEAM ????????.

Bahut hi wahiyat hospital, never go here for treatment, my uncle was already suffering from Parkinson disease. after bone operation my uncle gets weaker and weaker. We take him to the hospital again..and they are saying that they dint treat the Parkinson and after operation Parkinson treatment is stopped. They were clueless that why they have stopped the Parkinson medicines. It is hell believe me. My uncle's helth has drastically dropped. Never go here.

The staff in the xray dept was extremely insensitive and had very bad, pathetic experience therein. Will definitely put a complain at the MCI for their cheap rude and pathetic behaviour. I visited the hospital today only, for the first time and experienced the worst.
