Good railway station with clean sitting areas. Plenty of food options including budget and non - budget options. I even see a Domino's outlet in platform 1. Waiting rooms can be improved with more seating capacity.

1) Digitalized services are being improved and Raipur Junction has been improved a lot by IRCTC since last decade.

2) Employees are maintaining cleanliness at their level best.

3) RPF are doing their duty to the fullest.

4) It was really a nice experience to visit nearby tourist places.

Improvements needed:-

1)Lounge Capacity of Pax waiting room to be improved further at rush/peak hour as it is situated in the capital city Raipur of the state, Chhattisgarh.

2)Chilled potable water to be made available widely across all the platforms in to quench the thirst especially in the season of summer.
NB- Carry sufficient potable water with you and reside inside the waiting room to avoid any injuries that may occur.

Raipur Junction is Most busiest Railway Station of Chhattisgarh at the same time one of the most cleaned and organized Railway station too. Having lift and escalator for the better convenience. Rj Have total 7 platforms
