Pandari cloth market is a largest cloth market at Raipur. All kinds of cloth for men women girls kids bags are available here. All varieties of marriage material are also available. It is mostly wholesale market but enough numbers of retail shops are also there.

Nice place to purchase clothes (India , western , indo-western )of many varieties for whole family including kids , some good options for footwear , foodies , boutiques are also available.
I have purchased some readymade clothes & some dress materials ,& footwears too.
Outmost shops are Bit costly , but if you have time you can have a nice shopping experience there.
I found the shop named "New generation" very helpful ,as very nice readymade garments of male ,female and kids are available there , price is also ok ,if you go for branded clothes.
For purchase of dress material for women "Manisha textile " is nice shop and it is opposite of New Generation shop.
Naresh dupatta is nice shop for a variety of dupatta , leggings & pants for women.
Paridhan saree shop have good options for sarees but is bit costly I feel.
Sita tex is nice option for heavy dupattas and dresses for ladies.
"Ladli" for women I felt not very pocket friendly .
I visited "Sukhsagar" restaurant there & will not refer to go as the service there is very slow and they have careless staff ,not cooperative and they even fight in front of their customers only , and it is costly too.
This is all I have visited , you may go and explore more , pandri has many shops.

The very first thing which comes to my mind whenever I think of a new cloth!! You'll get a wide variety there and that too of reasonable rates, be it retail or wholesale.. be it Western or ethnic, be it for new born or for an old, be it for ladies or gents. Also you'll find some footwear shops too.. those are also very good n have a great collection!
