Service is good, but there is still room for improvement in the waiting time for the consultation visit and the behaviour of the staff towards the patients and their families. The feeling of service and empathy is missing in 50% of the staff sitting comfortably. Young Staff sitting on counters delay in providing the receipts and test results because they are mostly busy on calls or else distracted. I believe it will take time but a positive approach towards these issues can make a big difference. Thank you for the service provided by you.

Things to appreciate :
1. The team of doctors is extremely good, competent and prompt.
2. Your emergency room and intensive care nursing are good, dedicated and hard working.

Need to look and improve:
1. Delux ward nursing is poor. Compassion and competence both ways.
2. Meals and kitchen services are of low quality.
