Gym is very conjusted, dont let to turn on ac even if member is getting irritated during noon because of heat. Worked there as trainer for a month, owner treat employes as slaves(not servant). Cant sit even in free tym waiting in front desk if owner is present, had to stand till they r present. Cant wear jacket in morning even if u feel cold or have fever because they think trainer dont feel cold, think trainers r super humans or something.
Dont respect trainers at all, they dont understand gym would just be a place with weights without a proper trainer. At the end i left the job because i have self respect and dont like being treated like that.
And also they didnt pay me after working for a month(well i believe in KARMA).

Owner Sanju Rao and his wife Rupali Rao treats trainers and house keeping employees as their servant .Huge difference between Slavery and Strictness exists. Working environment is pathetic ,nobody can even laugh on jokes on the presence of both of them. Stone hearted personalities never listen to the problems of their employees. Small spacious gym makes it conjusted ,also manipulate people in the packages for extra sales . Money ???? oriented people dont have word humanity in their dictionary . The day is not far when NEO Brand soon will puddle in the defamation pool .

Gym machines and staff is gud except wa**m. A Man full of politics. He totally spoiled the atmosphere of gym .
