Dirty ambiance they haven't cleaned the surrounding pan and gutkas were spited everywhere now takes care about it if I would be able to give less then 1 star I would give it thia place is like big trash bin.

Wonderful experience of mine. The aged lady normally sits in Enquiry desk is too much Helpful for passengers. She checks the availability of tickets on line and suggest to book normal tickets if available on the same day of departure. Sitting arrangements in the ground floor is good as many people Check out from hotels earlier. All the ticket booking Staffs are very cooperative. Only no. 14 is not visible written in the counter. Lovely arrangements. Best in chattisgarh.

Worst ambience inside and outside also.
The main entrance is always blocked by buses causing inconvenience to public
DRM Raipur should visit this place to assess environment provided to people under his leadership.
