I want to tell you I went to the Reliance trends 36 City mall Bilaspur store on 28th March to purchase .There I made a purchase of 4690 in which I redeemed four coupons when I was making the payment , the payment was deducted from my card and they ware received there as well, he also give me the payment slip but due to system problem, the bill could not be generated .Mr Kamlesh didn't give me the product , said that your payment will be returned within 2 days , when i called today Mr Kamlesh they are saying wait till monday and today he is telling me that today is the last day of the coupon and from tomorrow i will not be able to do anything. why would i buy an item worth 5k later for 8k .my payment has not been returned .asking me to pay again to collect the product and i can't go today i live 140 Kms away and he is telling me that wherever you want to complain , do it , nothing can happen .
