Yesterday ie on 25/7/2022 , I travel in Indigo flight from kochi to Bengaluru flt no. 6E6675 and Bengaluru to Raipur in flt no 6E978.Both the flying was comfortable and pleasant. The air hostess were professional and of helping nature. It was a memorable experience flying in lean flying machine. Uploaded photo I am not wearing mask, just to take a selfie. Immediately after that I put the mask following strictly the DGCA and Ministry of Health guidelines. It was nice to see the air hostess Announcing in loudspeakers to follow the guidelines. Even copilot announced the same. It is very good to see their professionism.

This is Raja josephtravelling on indigo flight No 6E374 PNR-EHCQ2V from Raipur to Delhi & Delhi to Sharjah. When I reached at the airport today morning for my flight, I was not aware that the ICA approval is required for Sharjah travel and one of your employees named ms. Smita thakur who was present at the ticketing counter informed me about Ica certificate and called her colleague Akanksha Sherlyn to guide me how to apply for Ica approval online but instead of helping me with the Ica approval guidance this girl Akanksha was busy munching snacks at the counters and roaming here & their chit chatting. When I asked ms.smita that could i check-in till Delhi without the certificate she told me yes but then she won’t be able to check in my luggage through, which was okay for me but later when I asked her to check-in she told me that she have to ask her manager and called someone which wasted a lot of time. After that her senior staff named ALPHA came into the picture and without even asking Anything she just rudely denied for our check-in. Her attitude was very very rude and not at all appropriate for a customer service staff specially when the passenger need her help. Plus, she was laughing inside the mask with her colleagues which annoyed me like hell. Later around 10.25 somehow, I managed to take out my ICA approval certificate and went to counters she again made an excuse of not checking me in by saying that the staff at least need 25minutes for international check in which was not right at all. The staff ms.Akansha at the same time did my check-in in 5minutes plus insulted me by saying that “ AAP MUJHPE CHILLA NAHI SAKTE HAIN, AAPKA SAB THIK HOGA TO AAPKO JANE DENGE WARNA NO SHOW KARNDEGE”. Such an illiterate and mannerless staff ruins indigo’s image.
Because of them I paid 6500 rupees for extra baggage which could be managed then n there itself by shuffling the luggage. But just because of your rude and extremely irresponsible staff that too so senior I had to waste my money.
The staff like ALPHA PHILLIP & AKANSHA SHERLYN who has extremely mannerless, rude behaviour is a black mark on indigo’s image and should not be kept in the company. I will never ever think of travelling again with indigo.
Points to be noted
1. Both the staff were talking over phone continuously without even listening to our concern.
2. Akanksha Sherlyn was munching at the counters while speaking to me.
3. Being indigo’s staff they themselves don’t have proper knowledge about their procedures and laughing on my face.
4.Coming towards the employee name Alpha Philip she was the one who said you can’t board because this is the norms, they have tried there level best to engage me in a rubbish conversation but it didn’t work. She is a shameless woman who don’t even know how to treat customers.
5.It was a complete harassment, mind disturbing attitude, mood spoiling behaviour, a person shouldn’t face all this kind of situation while travelling which I faced today.
6. I will be posting these all over social media platforms specially about Ms. Alpha Phillip until n unless indigo won’t take an action against both of them and give me the confirmation.

Dear IndiGo , I was traveling from HYD to RPR on 10Dec 2021. I lost my check-in baggage in this plane and haven't found it yet.
