Jai Shree Ram ????
Shri Shri Panchrupi Hanuman Mandir is located at Patna city belongs to Patna district in the Indian state of Bihar.
It is situated at Rajbansi Nagar on Bailey Road of the city.
Rambhakt Hanuman tore off his chest to show Sita-Ram residing in his heart theme image is the principal idol of this temple.
Earlier, there was another murti of Panchmukhi Hanuman so the name ‘Panchrupi’ now big reddish colour idol present as temple principal deity but the name is continued as ‘Panchrupi’ Hanuman temple till date.
Lord Hanuman is one and only who had show God (Ram-Sita) residing in heart by tearing chest at Ram Darbar in Ayodhya during Ramayan. There is no historical evidence of other personality of any other notable Bhakt, Rishi, Saint or Mahatma that they had shown God like Hanuman up to passing of four Yugas on the earth. Also there is no possibly of such happening in future because it is facts that spirituality level goes down in humanity from Satya Yug to Kali Yug.
As mentioned in Hinduism of India, Lord Hanuman is one of the Seven Chiranjeevis on the earth.
Big wall engraved beautiful sculptures are shown at outside of the temple. These pictures include Rameshwaram, Mandar Parvat (which was used for Samundra Manthan) Par (के ऊपर) Bhagwan Shankar, Lord Ganesha with Riddhi and Siddhi along two big elephants welcoming devotees, Khodiyar Maa, Goddess Lakshmi and Devi Saraswati Mata.
The temple usually remains comparatively crowded on every Tuesday and Saturday as these days are especially dedicated to Lord Hanuman so devotees come to worship in large numbers.
