Normally when you visit a Dine In of Pizza Hut in Pune or other cities, then you expect a good service. The service here is like Pizza Hut express. The AC was leaking and there was water on the floor everywhere. The staff is not trained. We had to repeat our orders multiple times while placing it.

The food is good..no doubt it that. We had pizza, pasta and garlic bread. Loved it.

I was just expecting a better service and not a food court experience from Pizza Hut Dine In.

The food is great, as is pizza hut. The restaurant location and the built up area is also good but what is not good is the service they provide. Looks like this pizza hut is only open for online delivery and take aways. Table are not properly and promptly cleaned up

In summers most of the time the AC is not working and it is just not the best dining experience here.

A good experience of mouth watering pizza with my suad .. less crowded and peace full place.. what I hate about this place is we waited too long for our pizza ???????? service should be improved but pizza's quality is great ????
